I’m in the minority, apparently, but I would choke out Carl Grimes. Joffrey is a shit, obviously, but as a character on a television show, I would rather have him inflicted on me every week rather than Carl because at least Joffrey will keep shaking things up. Carl has the personality of a dishrag and even the terrible stuff he does is on accident.
